Qualifications / Achievements: * Broad experience in system's development and project implementation, more than 10 years managing people, processes, systems and technology, performance in large national and international enterprises in the telecommunication, steel process industry, ecommerce, advertising, pension and beauty areas. * Large experience in IBM products including Websphere Portal, Application Server, DevOps. * Acting as project manager and inter-departamental relationships, responsible of product development, services and IT solutions. Also responsible for presentations and approvals of proof of concept, technical analysis feasibility, negotiation and preparations of contracts and proposals. * Management and analysis of business processes covering auditing and processes improvement with corrective and/or preventive actions. Utilization of CBOK, V3 methodology. * Development of new services to fulfill customer's needs, strategies formulation, coordination and negotiation with partners and suppliers. Management control and risk evaluation. * Coordination of internal and customer interfaces. Broad business, processes and operations vision, allied with leadership capability, commitment and focus on results. Abilities in negotiation and integration between several areas and departments, strong interpersonal characteristics, solid background in IT, projects management and practice using PMI, ITIL, LEAN SIX SIGMA, AGILE and COBIT methodologies. * Proficiency in managing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in a 24x7 production environment to work under SSO environment. * Responsible for complete User Life Cycle Management for Employees, Contractors, Suppliers and Partners. * Experienced in improving processes projects aiming productivity gains, eliminating costs and best quality achievement adopting market best practices, technology suitability and information systems re - formulation. Managing system's requirements, implementation and development of corporate systems. Management of suppliers and service level agreement contracts (SLA).
