A position that can leverage my experience managing large, complex IT environments that require adherence to process while building excellent customer partnerships and strong internal teams. - Project Design and Management - IT Infrastructure Deployment - Issue Management and Mitigation - Proactive Client Relationships - Large IT Project Deployment - Budget Creation and Management - Process Creation and Documentation - Change Control Management - Project Resource Balancing Significant Accomplishments: - 10 years experience in the creation, implementation management of large and complex Projects, focus areas included IT Infrastructure, EHR systems (Epic, Nextgen), CRM, IT Operations, SAAS, and Customer Support. Responsibilities included Creation of Project documents and schedule, Team management (local and remote), documentation creation, training, reporting, presentations, Sales assistance. - Managed Project budgets in excess of $9M for deployment of applications and technology solutions. - Worked directly with team members to ensure that their deliverables are met, including Daily Scrum meetings, Individual mentoring, definition of deliverables for each team member, due date reminders and reminder emails and calls. Team sizes have been up to 45, and have been 100% remote / global. - Design, deployment and management of multiple Data Center / Server / Storage / Network installations and upgrades. Management of all day to day activities, Manage client relationships, Issue management and mitigation, Project reporting. - Implementation and management of environments under strict process and change control. - Responsible for the delivery of varied and new product technologies (SSD, Mobile devices, NAS / SAN, wireless, virtual enterpirses, etc.) - Design and Deployment of a 7,000 user system for CRM, Call Centers, Logistics and Finance. - Strict adherence and enforcement of ISO Quality processes, FDA regulations as well as internal policies and processes. - Managed both Agile and Waterfall deployments of software and SDLC. - Management of multiple vendors to develop and maintain the strategic relationship while ensuring adherence to committed deliverables and services. - Presentation of project status, key milestones, issues and mitigation, budget and success measurements to Senior Management and their staff.
