SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS * 25 +years Supervisory experience. * Quality Improvement implementation such as Lean Implementation, Kaizen philosophy and methods, Total Quality Management (TQM) and ISO 9000 quality standards. * Budgeting/Analysis experience which includes budget development, and budget management. * Implement and maintain corporate policy practices and guidelines. * Ability to interpret rules, legislation and related regulations. * Considerable knowledge of data practice laws and confidentiality. * Proficient in the utilization of Windows Operating Systems (98, 2000, ME, XP), Microsoft Office 2000 Products, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, JD Edwards, Outlook, WordPerfect and Lotus Notes. * High level of analytical skills and ability to apply analytical reasoning. * Ability to problem solves and makes effective decisions in accordance with precedents and regulations. * Strong communication, organization, supervisory and association management skills. * Ability to work with consumers and or employees who differ in terms of race, gender, ethnicity, income, political views, and/or lifestyle.
