in * Served as liaison between final assembly & design engineers for new models of Harley Davidson Motorcycles. * Responsible for ensuring assembly line had safe processes and equipment. * Produced work instructions and visual aids for all builds. * Coordinated various builds, from Prototype to Launch. * Trained assembly line associates on design changes. * Coordinated, and monitored all aspects of production, including selection of manufacturing methods, fabrication, and operation of product designs. * Worked closely with manufacturing engineers on Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEAS) * Oversaw installation, operation, maintenance, and repair to ensure that machines and equipment are installed and functioning according to specifications. * Responsible for proper line balancing. Utilizing time study data to determine the best station for work to be performed. various positions on all assembly lines. * Assisted in training new associates on both shifts. Held QA -role. Responsible for answering to QA audit findings and conveying corrective action to work group and management.
