Responsibilities include: Pre-qualification of bidders and bids packages Daily coordination with all project vendors. Assuring all project critical materials were procured and received in a timely manner Operating SAP material management system Writing purchase orders and change orders Expediting up to 15 separate job sites at once to keep the material schedule on track in a very demanding environment.
