2) As lead Engineer for the Professional Services group I managed all installations of Axon Interview, a cloud based interview room solution for the law enforcement community. I helped migrate all existing customers to the new Evidence.com platform. My role involved the following: 1) Coordination the physical installation of cameras and microphones in the interview rooms of police departments. 2) Worked with Police IT and Cities's IT to build out network systems. 3) Implemented security configured switches to work within the cities' IT infrastructures. 4) Provide training at all levels of the application. End User/ Administrator training. 5) Coordinated conference calls to provide customers with project milestones, discuss other aspects of projects, customization work as well as new functionality. 6) I was also the main point of contact for existing support for Taser's Axon Interview product. 7) 90% travel within continental USA/Canada 8) Provided network diagrams, project build out documents, SOW, training manuals and videos. 9) Deployed Taser Axon products in existing VMWare environments and rolled out new virtual appliances for police departments nationwide. 10) Participated and contributed in most meetings involving custom integration for clients. High level I managed and supported all projects involving the installation of new interview room and digital evidence management systems for various police departments and law enforcement throughout North America which included Washington DC Metropolitan Police Chicago Police Toronto Police Service Milwaukee Police Department Long Beach Police Department Oklahoma City to name a few. 3) I setup and installed all cameras and surveillance systems at new Herndon office for the development and test team. 4) I manage all corporate IT infrastructure for the company. 5) Installed and configured corporate email domains dns firewalls anti spam appliance. 6) Installed configured and support various versions of Helix and Darwin Streaming Servers Wowza streaming on both Windows and Linux. 7) Arranged successful delivery installation and deployment of systems for Salinas Police Department Newport News Police Department Chicago Police Department Milwaukee Police Department Eureka Police Department Eugene Police Department Toronto Police Service Gatineau Police Service Norman Police Department Washington DC Police Peel Police Service Royal Newfoundland Constabulary . I also provided user and administration training headquarters and the District Attorney's office. 8) I developed and manage sharepoint support sites for corporation as well as Toronto Police Services. 9) I am also always involved in high level technical discussions regarding customer requirements new system design and custom deployments. 10) I lead all research and development efforts at MediaSolv Solutions Corporation. 11) I recommended and implemented the MediaSolv Solutions Services Manager application for the company.
