Thorough understanding of Integration, Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Human Resources, Communications, Risk Management and Procurement * Extremely detail-oriented with ability to quickly grasp business needs and issues * Hands on experience with network and/or systems design and analysis * Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Provide oversight of approximately 17 Engineers at the Office of Naval Intelligence. (ONI), Suitland MD. Provide input and assist in writing annual reviews. * Manage Software Integration of Global Command and Control (GCCS), Infrastructure and Collection Management Mission Applications (CMMA) through the complete lifecycle at a very successful level. * Exceptional organization skills with ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities Manage Daily Time and Attendance, approve timecards and approves Paid Time Off * Coordinate with Program Directors / Government Project Leads and Resource Managers daily in the creation of project deliverables, issue resolution and escalation * High visibility role in launching the Host Based Security System (HBSS) * GCCS-M Support, Microsoft Exchange Server, Windows NT, Windows XP, Windows Server 2000/2003/2008/2012 * Expert Level communication skills to communicate with customers, department personnel and management
