Major Accomplishments * Owned several projects which consisted of efficiency requirements for Event/Incident Management and was able to save Intel 400K per year. * Over 100 Microsoft Management packs optimized for efficiencies = 2.1 event/incident ratio (beating industry standard best practices) * Over 4,000 hours headcount productivity savings from Hardware, drive space, sql, application, back-up and restore, cluster monitoring, and other application efficiencies. * Hosting Portfolio Incident reduction performance from 11,300 reduced to 4,700 for a 59% reduction overall, the ROI equated to Major Incident reductions, headcount reductions and headcount productivity, and allowed L1 support teams to focus on real incidents. * Created the requirements for incident prediction and problem management analytics. Worked closely with the ITBI team to produce Visual Analytics reports which will enable the portfolio to see its performance and perform pro-active problem management.
