Summary Versatile general contractor and master carpenter with over 43 years as independent contractor on various construction projects with an emphasis on complex finish projects. As a business owner I am keenly aware of the importance of customer service and the meaning of integrity. Accomplishments I was the finish contractor on some of the most highly profiled estates in Santa Barbara. My company was chosen based on my reputation for quality craftsmanship and management style. Projects ranged in size from $3-20 million. On many projects my responsibilities included all of the layout, material take offs and ordering. During my time in Colorado my company employed up to 25 carpenters and was considered one of the top finish contractors in the Vail and Denver metro areas. Some of my projects have been featured in publications like the Robb Report, Architectural Digest and various advertising publications.
