I am a self-motivated individual who enjoys working as a team member to bring projects in safely on time and on budget. I have worked in the construction and fabrication field since 1978. I have 26 years of welding experience with 21 years as a pipe welder / pipefitter. I have worked in (5) five foreign countries Saudi Arabia Algeria Panama Equatorial New Guinea and Ghana West Africa. I have gained experience in various fields i.e. Nuclear Offshore Chemical Refining Mining Coal Burners Bridge Construction Aircraft and Food Service Industry. I have a wide array of construction and inspection skills consisting of planning scheduling fabrication and installation of structural and piping components for routine maintenance and new construction. I have worked turn-a-rounds in refineries and chemical plants as an inspector since the last part of 2006. Working with national codes and client specifications and engineering standards to assure compliance safety and product quality on projects. Navigating within ASME BPVC (Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code) ASME/ANSI Standards B16.5 (Pipe flanges and flanged fittings) etc. * Interpretation and implementation of drawings and diagrams i.e. Isometrics Orthographics and P&ID's (Piping and Instrumentation diagrams). Hydro / Pneumatic and Sensitive Leak Test of piping and fixed equipment. * Fixed equipment external/internal inspections. Piping external/internal inspections. * Provide recommendations and change request when required. * Write final external/internal reports on conditions found. * Assist Quality Control to assure compliance with codes specifications and client standards. * Package walk downs for Quality Assurance and final turnover to operations.
