Daily Duties at Adp:

• Serves as Technical Specialist for assigned administrative tasks for ADP internal, remote, and affiliate clients • Responsible for installs and support of ADP’s proprietary software for Development and Implementation groups • Supported installation of new Blackberry setups and server connectivity for email access • Troubleshoot Active X, Java related issues for ADP online products for implementations and upgrades • Perform implementation, and troubleshooting tasks for hardware, software, Protocols, and System Administration processes. • Researches alternatives for hardware and software platforms for cost effective support and budgeting • Implements and maintains vpn software upgrades and installs, with latest configurations for security • Implements and maintains encryption software with latest configuration for security of company data • Regulate ADP internal Wireless installation and upgrade configurations • Responsible for Integrating users thru the Active directory and Microsoft Exchange migration conversions • Implement and maintain PC systems, hardware and software, network host configurations for server connectivity, and Security initiatives • Assist with Local Area Network, PC, software, and other hardware peripheral troubleshooting • Coordinate meetings for Implementation projects, new initiatives, and troubleshooting resolutions
