Provide human resource support to employees. Managed multiple databases for HR functional manager: • Succession planning • Talent management • Employee ranking pool • Employee training • Stock allocations • Analysis of salary increases •Prepared monthly reports tracking employee attrition, span of control, headcount, open job requisitions and performance plans. Organized international and domestic meetings. This included scheduling meeting rooms, coordinating functional management team’s flights, dinners, accommodations, and events.
