Daily Duties at Wm Financial Services, Inc.:
Performed accurate and timely reviews and approval of trades submitted by financial consultants, ensuring transaction compliance with NASD rules and internal polices and procedures. Interfaced with employees throughout the organization as well as financial consultants and sales managers. Prepared and submitted weekly reports to sales managers outlining paperwork deficiencies. Provided clear reasons to field and sales manager for transaction rejections, when necessary. Trained and mentored new hires. Researched and replied to subpoenas issued by law firms or government / municipal jurisdictions. Actively participated in the investigation, resolution, and settlement of customer complaints. Selected Achievements: ** Played key role on five-member team in planning, writing, organizing, and producing departmental training manual; assisted in providing updates to training manual, as needed. ** Recognized by management for excellent written communication skills and comprehensive product knowledge across a broad range of securities and investment products. ** Received favorable feedback from sales managers and financial consultants for fair-minded and quick trade review processing. ** Provided assistance to sales managers on training of financial consultants via telephone conference calls and / or in-person presentations during monthly regional sales meetings.
