Reviewed new client account investment guidelines submitted by account managers and communicated with appropriate account manager to gain clarification of any information. Worked closely with the Compliance Rules Team to ensure the appropriate compliance rules and restrictions were added to each account. Conducted second audit check for other team members’ new accounts and / or revised guidelines of existing accounts. Served as point of contact in responding to inquiries from other departments. Reviewed investment guidelines on older accounts and made recommendations to account managers; updated accounts to ensure they were compliant with current standards. Selected Achievement: ** Increased productivity in monthly rule update processing by creating new column filters for specific compliance rules with the firm’s Position Blotter application. Monthly rule updates were tied to various fixed income benchmarks and used by all areas of compliance and other departments.
