Daily Duties at Cmd Realty Investors:
Started employment on Adminstrative Assistant level and promoted to Assistant Property Manager. Resolve tenant issues to mutual satisfaction of tenant and landlord. Negotiate contract agreements with 3rd party service providers and monitor performance of same. Oversee building maintenace activities for scheduled work and daily requests received from tenants. Coordinate and oversee work of scheduled capital improvement projects. Oversee tenant construction project from bidding process, contractor selection, monitor work in progress and approval of punch list and project completion. Annual budget preparation and expense reconciliations for commercial office building properties. Approve chart of account coding for A/P items according to budget. As safety director, update/revise building emergency evacuation procedures and security post orders. Conduct and oversee emergency evacuation drills. Conduct new tenant orientations, coordinate and host tenant appreciation events.
