Provide administrative support to Music Education Department Chair, faculty, and majors; field internal and external inquiries concerning the department; responsible for instrument lending and arranging for repairs; coordinates professional development seminars for public school music teachers; co-advises collegiate MENC (National Association of Music Educators) chapter; maintain observation/practicum site database; send out observation requests as required; maintain departmental records and forms; track operating budget expenses; responsible for departmental purchasing
