Global product manager responsible for revenue-generating and customer support applications in 26 countries. Collaboratively worked with the UX team to analyze the customer journey across FedEx.com and determine opportunities for improving the global experience, using personas as the basis for design insight. Honored multiple times for results and teamwork, delivering initiatives with high management visibility while demonstrating ability to collaborate effectively with partners. Directed innovation, engineering, and customer experience for an omnichannel package tracking solution that supported more than 25 million requests a day and reduced customer service costs from $1.36 billion per year to $21.6 million per year.
