VP, Editorial Services Jan 2013 – Oct 2015 The YGS Group, York PA • Launched and led more than 20 association magazines and editorial projects, growing the department 503% in the first two years • Developed Content Amortization Strategy model to execute/amortize content marketing efforts • Trained staff new to the magazine and digital publishing business on editorial management and production VP, Content Sales & Licensing, Events Jan 2009 – Jan 2013 The YGS Group, York PA • Supervised 17-person inside sales and marketing team, determining performance goals • Sold annually more than $11 million in high-end publishers’ content and logo licensing; publishers included Bloomberg LLC, Mansueto Ventures, Condé Nast Publications, Hanley Wood, IDG, BNP Media, CNET, and others • Developed IncStore.com, eCommerce logo licensing and reprint builder site that catapulted sales • Developed permissions store, eCommerce permissions site, doubling revenue within the year • Ideated new and adaptive digital reprint products as print media industry moves to digital delivery • Served on the leadership team, helping to craft the organization’s mission and vision statements, setting annual growth strategies, developing new products and service offerings, owning various corporate initiatives
