• Managed strategic planning; developed and oversaw P&L for quarterly print publication and website • Contracted and oversaw vendors involving printing services, pre-press and pre-production, public relations, circulation, and distribution • Developed all editorial processes for a start-up/launch publication • Managed day-to-day editorial operations including conducting editorial lineup meetings, managing editorial calendars and production schedules, supervising photoshoots, contracting and negotiating freelance designers, photographers and writers, and hiring and supervising copy and production staff
