Recruited to shape the department’s brand and strategic plan to drive revenue growth and deliver custom solutions for the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and government agencies. Provided cybersecurity expertise in deploying mission-critical and military-grade software acquisition of FedRAMP Certified SaaS offerings. Manages a team of 13 direct reports, 80% of whom were awarded Presidents Club for 2018 and 2019. ● Grew the sales funnel to $500M and produced $111M in business closed with MDA, NSA, Zero TRUST, Navy, Army, Lockheed Martin, and the Department of Justice (DOJ). ● Secured a major seven-figure project to generate $625M in contract value by revamping product offerings and architecting a new solution. ● Increased revenue by $128M annually by developing and launching a go-to-market strategy. ● Accelerated the sales cycle 33% from six months to four months by designing and deploying technical sales training programs. ● Built channel partnerships that enabled channel partners to increase sales, boost productivity by 68%, and increase profits by 36% for each sale by building out an acquisition strategy. ● Created a transparent view of sales performance and pipeline tracking through the implementation of Salesforce, which included customization of the CRM and increased visibility of sales performance.
