Directed all aspects of the sales cycle for the assigned district, from identifying new and emerging categories to closing deals, ensuring efficient and economical use of available time and company assets towards achieving sales objectives. Trained a team of 15 Direct Reports (Sales and Sales Support Officers) and provided timely feedback to drive development of consultative selling skills and boost growth in the New York Metro region for the Commercial Bank. Tracked sales progress and finetuned pricing/marketing strategies at appropriate profit margin levels. Kept abreast of latest treasury management industry knowledge through training opportunities and literature. Monitored Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) against corporate objectives and suggested opportunities for improvement in customer product delivery.
