Daily Duties at Fiserv, Inc.:
Formulate effective sales and marketing strategies for prospective clients across all sectors, leveraging Fiserv’s enterprise suite of business solutions. Collaborate with senior management in financial institutions on devising comprehensive payment strategies for a commercial clientele. Build appropriate teams to conduct prospect sales presentations tailored to each business opportunity, aligning demonstrations with customer needs. Connect with relationship managers and negotiate pricing and contract terms. Assist in customer onboarding, becoming a trusted advisor and subject-matter expert to all customers. Deliver Analytics, eCommerce, Debit, Credit, Gift Card, and Mobile-payment solutions to assigned customers in alliance with the Santander Bank in the Mid-Atlantic territory. Consult on industry best practices with our joint customers.
