• Aggressively developed relationships with customer organizations, focusing on understanding where and how our product suite could add value and eliminate problems. • Leadership, mentorship, development and supervision of the bilingual hispanic sales force for the construction equipment (excavators, dozers, backhoes, skid-steers) department, to increase market share in the Hispanic and utility contractors’ segment.
