Responsible for managing the Contact Center support activities for applications used by Marsh employees and by external customers in North America. Provided overall management of project scope, cost, and schedule for application development and global infrastructure upgrades and associated change management activities. Led Compliance Management efforts to certify that the North American applications and processes were in compliance with relevant industry regulations, accepted business practices, and Marsh & McLennan internal security standards.
