Daily Duties at Genesys Inc.:
Executive responsible for the strategic vision, sales and overarching management of one of Genesys’s largest global accounts – Bank of America/Merrill Lynch. Position requires the ability to not only cast a vision for customer experience while solving problems, but to have the tenure to negotiate large complex engagements that require carefully crafted internal coalitions across multiple towers to execute on initiatives within the bank. Achieved 78% annual growth rate in license sales against a $100 million-dollar bank investment and an $8 million-dollar maintenance run rate. Successfully expanded the presence of Genesys into new lines-of-business leveraging existing and new solution sets that focus on omni-channel, SIP, artificial intelligence, predictive analytics, IVR, GVP, outbound, and SMS applications. 2018 President’s Club.
