Achieved 239% of plan with a 2018 Annual Growth Rate of 426%. Realigned relationship between business partners and successfully negotiated a new 3-year agreement after not having one for 10-years. Visionary guidance and designer of customer experience go to market that includes premise, CaaS/SaaS and private and public cloud with omni-channel, artificial intelligence, bots, analytics, etc. Significant wins at Kaiser, United States Postal Service and Anthem. Resolved $2 million in outstanding billing. 2019 President’s Club.
