Daily Duties at Compuware Corporation:
Responsible for new revenue and achievement of the combined P&L of $34MM across the automotive professional services and products teams. Main responsibilities to build, manage and coach 9 sales representatives, 6 program directors, 4 technical program directors and ten PMs while overseeing 260 billable staff. Lead the team on all sales and new business development initiatives, while managing the operational disciplines of HR, Finance, Purchasing, and Recruiting.
