Daily Duties at Visteon Corporation:
Provided hardware/software installation and technical support for a global corporate LAN/WAN environment. Diagnosed technical issues and communicated with the appropriate support group for resolution. Assisted with data center (hands & feet) hardware/cabling change orders, facilitated telecomm requests including configuration and installation of desktop telephony devices and management of the North America mobility fleet. Fulfilled IT Orders relating to software, hardware, and telecomm requests. Served as backup to IT Executive Support. Provided AV support for all conference rooms and common-areas on corporate campus.
