Summit Group Work Values

Daily Duties at Summit Group:

I worked with Allstate agents & Schneider Electric Distributors on a daily basis to assist them with their promotional product needs. We assist them with website issues, and direct the client in the right direction if we are unable to assist them. The other main duty we handle is proofreading of the product before it goes into production to verify the logos & copy is correct. As the team lead, I was also the first level of customer complaints. I bring issues to my manager, the sales account team, and the merchandising team as needed.
