Progressive Career: DIRECTOR OF CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER, REGIONAL INSIDE SALES MANAGER/BUSINESS FACILITY MANAGER, DIRECTOR OF MATERIAL MANAGEMENT, PRODUCT MANAGER, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE LEAD Responsible for customer service center initiatives, including policy/procedure development and implementation. Managed $1.3M budget and costs. Created, executed, and tracked personnel performance standards. Managed the appropriate metrics strategy for enterprise businesses, including KPIs, accountability models, and the technology plan to provide the right information to the right people.
