Promoted as the Senior Sales Manager, held full P&L responsibility for strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, sales, engineering, technical support/service, quality, warranties and aftermarket sales. Led a team of 6 managers, 12 sales representatives and 5 administrators. Handled all major trade shows and conventions throughout the USA. Reported directly to the President.
