$2.5B sales and 70% global market share Multinational Medical Device Manufacturer. I worked in the Urological Endoscopy and Energy Product Business. I analyzed the competitive product and procedure solutions and rationalized the product offering, brought new products to market through aggressive R&D project development plans, and modernized the selling story to grow sales, margins, and market share. In collaboration with Physicians and R&D Teams, we developed more robust and technologically advanced visualization and treatment products with enhanced imaging and treatment capabilities. Coordinated product comparison publications and grew this business unit from $10M to over $35M to bring us into the number one market position. We changed the endoscope repair/exchange program to grow this business by $12M and made it a profitable relationship building part of the business development plan. I launched the first successful compact Holmium-YAG laser with disposable fibers and other stone management devices to create an extensive market leading position. Recruited to the VP role at Cogentix to advance my career.
