Daily Duties at Amsino International, Inc.:

I was hired to complete the strategy, product specifications, labeling and regulatory launch document language to pave the way for the launch of the new sterile water and saline products in 2020. While doing that, we focused on increased revenues in our branded Waste Fluid Management Acute Care Business segment by aggressively going after new IDN/GPO contracts and a focused contract national sales organization leading to evaluations and new business conversions. The company broke through $100M for the first time to end Calendar year 2019. By leveraging existing business strengths, focus on acute care and new products in the pipeline, I prepared a 32% top line business unit sales budget and a T/E expense budget reduction of 30% through the use of more active online meetings. A reorganization of North America under Operations eliminated my position.
