-Spearheaded KYC (Know Your Customer) research and submission for all negotiated municipal clients. -Performed enhanced due diligence review of clients with banking relationships, PEPs, Sanctions, Adverse Media and complex structure. -Ensured core AML documentation provided by business lines adhered with the bank's CIP (Customer Identification Program) and established policy and procedures. -Assessed and mitigated AML risk for potential clients. -Prepared analysis and reconciled all negotiated, competitive and private placement transactions in connection with the MSRB's G-20 Ruling. -Gatekeeper of the Public/Private status of deals in connection with the Chinese Wall. -Provided monthly GAAP file to capture revenue for prior month.
