Daily Duties at Colgate University:

• Revamped and stream-lined the way that SOURCe was run to provide better coverage during operational hours and keep better track of the student workers • Administrated and regulated the hours worked by all 30+ student workers, and helped to investigate any staff-related issues • Coordinated information between Sub-Lab Administrators and the Student Technology Administrator • Responded to all emails directed towards SOURCe, answering any computer questions • Did statistical analyses of all incoming work (number of calls, closing ratios, call type statistics, etc.), and assign out priority cases to qualified technicians, as needed • Researched viruses and created documentation for removal procedures as well as other SOP’s • Repaired computers when shorthanded on regular workers
