• Managing tens of thousands of Doctor Profiles and keeping licensing information up to date for several thousand Sales Reps distributing company drug samples • Identify and categorize the calls for work on doctor profiles by Sales Reps in the field • Working between Siebel and IMS Prescriber Validation Services to coordinate information and keep it synchronized • Designed and created a database record-keeping system in Access for the handling of national sales territories and alignments, to be used by various clients.
