Ensured VP effectiveness by performing chief-of-staff and executive assistant duties. • Received the company's Award of Excellence for stewarding a great department culture, leading to 1st quartile organizational health scores during a period of high change and stress. • Developed a plan and process to better align projects and work in keeping with new structure and resources, as well as update processes for more efficient and effective workflow. • Developed communications for the leadership team to widely disseminate information across the department or organization. • Drove the successful implementation of budget plans and HR strategy through partnership with HR Leadership, the VP, and Finance.
