Daily Duties at The Vitamin Shoppe:

Manage small and large teams in brick and mortar stores throughout the Minnesota region Train and educate staff to prepare them for sales and customer service excellence Qualify and capitalize on business to business leads locally Grow market and assist with training new managers and employees at new and existing locations Responsible for leading weekly market sales update calls, calling on areas where improvements can be made (in sales and compliance) Coordinate store inventory management, train assistant managers and key holders on accurate inventory best practices
