Directed end-to-end sales growth and marketing strategy, including development of bespoke technology solutions to meet clients' business needs. Served as "face of the company" in interfacing with clients and strategic partners to drive account growth and capture ancillary services sales. Developed sales best practices and implemented training for salesforce and internal support teams to support pipeline sourcing, management, and conversion.
