General management of Xerox’s largest off-site, 24/7 shared services print and mail solutions center. Maintained operational ownership of client relationship during life of contract, continuously working across organizational boundaries with business partners to increase revenue stream through technical and service lead enhancements and after the sale commodity based offerings.
