Daily Duties at Xerox Corporation:
Served as general subject matter expert for services offerings delivered by Xerox Global Services in all lines of business. Inspected and analyzed accounts, and presented Account Management Team with operational and general business process support through creation of Account Improvement Plan. Performed Centralized Print Services Assessments to assist Sales in securing new business opportunities and contract renewals by providing analytical study of current state of production environment, in combination with Voice of the Customer. Drove deployment and utilization of Global Document Outsourcing Site Tools for account management, tracking, and reporting.
