Managed national team of Delivery Consultants resolving services delivery issues. Identified opportunities for additional services, utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive best practices for operational efficiencies, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Leveraged sales due diligence and assessments for both new business and renewal pursuits in form of data collection, workflow, and volume trend analysis to support sales process and to define improved model for Xerox delivery.
