Daily Duties at Xerox Corporation:
Full operational and P&L accountability for a service delivery organization, providing 24/7 print and mail production operations across 4 locations for 16 agencies within the State of Texas, Department of Information Resource (DIR) Austin Data Center contract. Jointly worked with Sales partners to maintain client relationship management strategies. Plan, direct, and coordinate operations in support of the client contract, while providing P&L growth, maintaining / improving profit margins, creating an environment for strong coalition relationships with internal and external partners, and developing talent management strategies.
