Daily Duties at Amazon Marketplace:
As the Manager of the seven TPMs for Listing & Product Safety, raised the bar by rolling out a Scaled Lean Agile framework for managing multiple large cross-organizational initiatives at the same time. Scaled Lean Agile increased the delivery velocity by 200%, while simultaneously increasing the issue backlog coverage. As part of the Marketplace PMO, also took the initiative to build out a SharePoint tool to manage the Roadmap for all of Amazon Marketplace across 120+ teams. Tool delivered on an accelerated Operations Planning week that was able to be completed in one week, which resulted in the estimating and prioritization of over 2000+ Marketplace projects.
