Daily Duties at The Fly Shop:
Responsible for decision making with regards to capital budgeting, resource allocation, financial statement analysis, and internal operating procedures to increase both efficiency and profitability of the company. Implemented P.O.S., Inventory, Accounting, Reservation, and Travel Information Systems and designed business processes around these systems. Designed and implemented advanced Data Mining techniques to better focus direct mail campaigns, and better identify trends within the industry. Directly contributed to an increase in Gross sales of more than 22% per year while more than doubling the percent of Net Income related to sales in the entire retail operation.
