Daily Duties at Ibm Global Services:
Responsible for financial and operational performance of the Solectron and Hitachi Global Storage Technologies accounts. Analyzing all costs inherent within the account, and identifying opportunities or threats; and recommending actions to maximize any opportunity, or minimize threats. Worked to actively manage a Matrixed Team of more than 300 Employees delivering the technical solution. Also led Management teams of the Matrix to proactively tighten metrics and productivity to increase cost savings on the account. Assisted teammates in developing a new tool to analyze account specific financial data more efficiently throughout the organization.
