Daily Duties at Ibm Global Services:

Responsible for overseeing the financial and operational performance of all commercial accounts serviced out of the west. (41 SO accounts, 60+ e-business accounts, $2.1B annually). Developed and drove analysis and procedures to trend and track operational and financial metrics across ALL accounts in the west. Responsible for overall completion of budget cycles, audit cycles, financial cycles, cost take out cycles and many others as they spanned the IBM West portfolio. Responsible for communicating to IBM executives the performance, outlooks, and action plans of the commercial posture in the west. Worked and led sub teams to better develop IBM’s costing methodologies, and strategies to help win market share in the ever changing strategic outsourcing environment. Helped to develop education process and manuals to assist the transition of new managers coming into IGS west.
