Daily Duties at Hub International, Ltd.:
My roles with HUB were twofold: (1) I was responsible for daily Agency Operations and (2) I both recruited employees (Producers, service personnel, HR, IT, and Finance), and initiated a continuing search for well-organized Agencies within California that HUB could acquire. Additionally, I had responsibility for the integration of newly acquired agencies and agency personnel into HUB's preferred methodologies and practices.
