Day-to- day management of four M & A lead generators'; client adaptation and contracting; buyer-seller relationship development, educating both buyer and seller of acceptable industry-standard terms and ultimately, negotiating mutually acceptable terms of sale and purchase; selecting attorneys for documentation; closing the sales transaction.
