Held responsibility for sales and marketing operations within $46M market. Supervised 26 managers and associates in residential sales, special markets, marketing, B2B sales, and public relations departments. Created marketing campaigns, developed competitive analyses, determined price points, set local branding. Full budgeting and P&L Management responsibility.
